Clark Mace BS, CPT I hold a B.S. Degree in Exercise and Sports Health Studies from Miami University in Oxford, OH. I am also certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). My intensive academic study includes, but is not limited to, the anatomy, kinesiology, injury prevention, supplementation, nutrition and all aspects of weight training. I have decided to put my emphasis on training all clients like athletes. There is something to be said about 30-40 year old athletes who punish themselves daily and get up loving life. Having been trained in the Twist methodology my knowledge and tool box of exercises gives me cutting edge technology. This functional training program is based around having a better quality of life while enjoying it. With my background in professional baseball, my training style is all out and focuses on getting better each day. Having the support and knowledge of Achieve Fitness USA in Denver (Robert Raymond, Pres.) will make this new business a power in the fitness industry and will continue to do so in the future. My passion for this business comes from seeing the results and helping make my next athlete happy and healthy!
